They'd never seen this one before, the door the shop usually had was old and green. They looked at each other, then Rivie reached for the gold handle and turned it...
A gust of frigid wind billowed through the key hole, and the door swung open with an eerie squeak. The girls were pulled into the shop as they fought against the invisible robe that yanked them inside. They caught their breath and looked around the shop. Thousands of books lined the walls. They were gold, silver, platinum, scarlet and orange. All glowing, Christmas colors, except the neon orange.
"There aren't any snow globes here Rivie!" Lucy whispered.
"I think we came to the wrong shop." Rivie said, leading Lucy to the door.
As they turned, an old small man walked out from behind a book case...

The good in the world is apparent and abundant, just like happiness. Focusing on the good doesn't mean we ignore the sad stuff going on, refuse to ever watch the news, or be ignorant of pressing matters around the world.
