My great-grandpa Opa died 11 years before I was born. I'm sure I knew him pretty in heaven, but for now I'll just have to imagine him from what my mom and his descendants have to say about him.
So I've heard he was a big, strong man who was kind and liked to tease. He loved to paint; something we have in common. He was a pilot so he could travel and go on spur-of-the-moment adventures. Which he loved and did often. Nana Ruby (his wife) said that she couldn't think of a single thing wrong with him:) They met in the Capital building when they both worked there. They had 5 children. 2 girls and 3 boys, one a set of twins; Mark and Mary. He was also musically talented and played the violin. He served
5 missions and was very religious. I can't wait to see again someday. Happy 100th Birthday Opa!
