Jubilation

I really want to just write away about my time here in Europe, my heart and mind are filled to the brim with inspiration, lessons, thoughts, ideas and jubilation! But it's just too dang hard on a phone! I've been very dedicated to writing in my journal however, so I'm prepared to transition that all on to the blog. Add our itinerary, to my own dialogue/memories and the hundreds of pictures I have....it will be quite the project. Looks like I'll be blogging instead of watching movies after my wisdom teeth are out :)
For now, just pinterest "travel quotes" and get over the cheesiness and perhaps how cliche they sound, because travel reallyrics is every good word you can think of.
And one life lesson I've learned, serendipity doesn't come from comfort. And bliss comes when you embrace the unknown and learn from situations that aren't easy or familiar. Sometimes they aren't your favorite, or even pleasant, but you can grow so much from them and usually with time, you look back to find that the memories have grown sweet. Boundaries, oceans, comfort zones-they're meant for crossing!!

HOLIDAYS

I was so happy the Mijatovic family came to visit! Even though we're not related my blood, we're family! My lovely grandparents The newlyweds invited us and their friends to see the lights at Temple Square, then enjoy some pie and hot cocoa at their adorable apartment, conveniently located right by the temple. Such fun! Thanksgiving with the Siskins ....And everybody else ;)

Things that are good, life sustaining, bright. Happiness is not a side affect of a perfect life. Waiting to be happy is just plain silly. Happiness wants to come into your life, in fact, it already has, so acknowledge and befriend it. Make it deeper and better with gratitude, consistence and effort. The good in the world is apparent and abundant, just like happiness. Focusing on the good doesn't mean we ignore the sad stuff going on, refuse to ever watch the news, or be ignorant of pressing matters around the world. It just means that you cling to hope, never give up, fight discouragement and let the good into your life. Let the good in, put some good out, let light radiate fr...
