Drama Camp!

I'm having a drama camp this Monday and Tuesday from 10-11:30! It's only $10, and $15 for 2 or more siblings. We'll be learning about dancing, singing and acting onstage and have a lot of fun! It's for ages 4-10, please invite your friends! **I published this on July 25 2019 while looking through the previous drafts on my blog. Not sure I ever did this because it never published...
Now that I've gotten my complaints about school out of the way, I can blog about happy things. Yesterday to celebrate the half-way mark through our Sophomore year (wow that's wierd)! My friends VaNeta, Crystal and Tori came over to eat pizza, watch Bridge to Terrabithia, and laugh and talk. My parents, like you didn't know already, are the coolest parents ever. My mom loves to have parties and knows exactly what to do with teenagers; give them yummy food, let them know you're there, and then leave them alone:) Crystal cried the most during the movie which was awesome for me because I'm usually the best crier:) We were all kind of emotional with sleep deprivation, stress, and relief with the end of term, so it was good to have a good cry:) We laughed a lot and told lame jokes after it was 11 pm and we all wanted to keep partying, but we were so darn tired! Today, I will go to ballet; tonight, we'll go to the regional dance; tomorrow I'll have 9 am ward choir,

My little rant about school

Well this term has been the hardest. I know we've only had 2, but I think the next two terms will be easier. Combined with being sick in December, the parade trip, lots of AP homework, my back and collarbone hurting, ballet, modern, jazz, Davis Youth, flute, just plain exhaustion and Christmas and the holidays, I found it hard to concentrate. It was like the ball I was trying to stay on top of was wet and slippery, and got smaller  and smaller everyday. I felt good about my classes, studied hard, didn't have missing assignments, didn't talk, and I actually learned a lot this term. But, my grades don't show for it. I didn't do as well as I thought I would on tests and sometimes I just had to compromise with what teachers were expecting. Read Julius Caesar and write 2 essays over Christmas? Well, I want to enjoy it and be with family and I won't have access to a computer in California. Too bad! Make it work! My teacher the other day was like, "I couldn't
