I'm so grateful for the friendship I made with Marissa. She is such a dynamic, powerful, beautiful dancer and we had way too much fun in modern and jazz cute. I decided to ditch the fake lashes before going onstage. They were messing with my zen. Beautiful Anna These costumes were 70 cents. Bet you couldn't even tell. Cooking. My Testimony

I am a daughter of God. My Father in Heaven has loved me since the creation of the world and is present in my life in a very personal, merciful, patient way. My Heavenly Father knows and loves me. He has sent me to the Earth to grow and become like Him. Because of His Son, Jesus Christ, I can become like Him. Jesus Christ is my Savior, Redeemer, Friend, Brother, Comforter, and Hope. I have complete faith in Jesus Christ's atoning sacrifice, which makes change, joy, and eternal life possible. I know that God's commandments are not a list of random restrictions, but a continuation of the way we lived in heaven, and the only way to find true happiness and live up to our divine potential. I know that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God, called by Him to restore the doctrine that Christ himself taught during his mortal ministry. Just like Moses, Abraham, and Elijah are prophets in the Bible, Joseph Smith was another servant of God who restored truths that complete the gospel of Jesus

5 Things Every Freshman Needs

DORM EDITION... ~A minimal amount of things Things are great, but dorms are tiny and get unorganized and look messy if they are too cluttered. Bring only what you need and stick to these rules for the "stuff" you choose to take... A) Does it bring happiness? B) Does it have at least one use? C) Does it somewhat match my color scheme? D) Can I easily transport it home? Some 'things' I have include a Polaroid camera, small bowl from Mexico my mom gave me, travel journals, a stack of children's books, and a little desk calendar ~Twinkle lights As cliche as it is, they are necessary. I actually have little lantern-type lights that exude a lot of light. I got them from Target and like that they are a bit more substantial than tiny twinkle lights. But if I was hanging them, I'd get twinkle. Mine just sit along my window sill and look adorable. Small lamps are also good. Every night I plug in my two light sources, turn off the lights,
I rearranged my room and am LOVING having the Hong Kong flag in it. Seeing it every day makes my mission seem a little more real :) I made my roommates dinner for the last supper Thursday during the week of Easter. This candied walnut, cranberry, spinach, pear, feta salad was a hit. Sammy invited me into her room so we could watch an especially beautiful sunset. Her room, although closest to the noisy highway, has an awesome view. Bowling! I literally hit ZERO pins, then on the last three rounds got STRIKES every. time. Crazy! My Easter basket! I love my Swatch and am so excited to use my shock/water/freeze proof camera in Hong Kong! MoTab singing The Messiah My Swatch and pillow pet from the Easter Bunny ;) Winco win. While Ruby was in Amsterdam, I saw this little scene and thought it was like a teeny tiny taste of Holland, with the bike and tulips. I love campus! Fav breakfast currently I still can't believe I am going to know Cantonese in a
